Review: I placed an order at www.wegotwax.com [June **, 2013] about 2 weeks ago. I received an invoice right away and the money was taken out of my account immediately thru pay pal services. The problem followed because I have never received the product, have not received any shipping confirmation and no response besides the invoice. I have e-mailed three times, used the "contact us" link on the website, and called the number 4 times and left 3 messages with no response from the company. I am now out of money and have no product to show for it.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the product, or I would like to have the money put back into my account so I can go and get the product from another company. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Within 30 minutes of filing the claim with Pay Pal I was refunded the money with a response from the seller saying very sorry full refund.

I have the documentation for it. I apologies for not getting back sooner but I was working.

Review: I ordered wax from these people on Febuary ** 2014. I never received my order but I do have an invoice with a purchase order number on it. I tried to call them several times and always got an answering machine. I left messages and never got a call back.So I have sent them an email Sept * and they replied they would check into my order.(My credit card was charged)I waited a couple of days and sent another message,they came back and said they could not find my order status and would send my wax and some stuff free for my trouble.I still have not received anything, so I sent an email yesterday and told them I have not heard or recived anything form themDesired Settlement: I would like the things I ordered to be sent
