Hello ***,I tried contacting you earlier this morning in regards to the complaint #***.Here are the facts as to my side.We had to store the items on the truck for days, which typically costs $for the time he needed. We Hired the other moving company because we are over booked, and
have worked with that company in the past*** *** was aware of this situation the whole time, and understand that due to lack of information, we needed to hire movers to compensate for the extra information (move was described as a small person job moveEnded up needing multiple trucks and men, otherwise we wouldn't have scheduled).Far as resolutions are concerned, We actually spoke with *** *** during the move, and resolved the situation personally between Spensir C*** (the leader on site), and Himself (*** ***)He agreed to the terms, Which was that the fee of on truck storage would be waived ($saved), and that they both understood there were imperfections to the move due to lack of informationI believe this is all you needed for a statement.I acknowledge the customers problems, expressed the facts as my company sees them, and for resolutionWe had already resolved the issue on site the day of the move.If you have any further questions, feel free to respond. Thanks,Gaston G*** / Sales Representative***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The fact that they state service was billed on an hourly basis is a complete lieWhen I called and received my quote it was a flat fee. In my mind that means if it takes you or hours I get billed the same amount. I was never told once that the quote was subject to change based on actual hours.I absolutely was not aware that other movers were coming to help. It was not communicated to me. I was completely shocked when *** moving trucks showed up at my house. Where is my consent? I would love to see it. It's impossible to be excited about something when you are not even aware. I can 100% say Spensir C*** never told me this. The only thing he told me was the time that they were expected to arrive. In what way did I not communicate my situation. I was very direct and honest of every question that they asked. The person I spoke with also reviewed photos that were available online when I was selling my home. They had full view of everything. I request detail as to what I did not communicate because that is untrue.I have never received a phone call from this moving company. If they call and I don't pick up they need to leave a voice mail. I don't randomly just call back missed phone calls. I would be more than happy to talk with them. This company knew this move was done unprofessionally beyond what anyone would expect Regards,*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First, I had no knowledge that We Move was hiring another moving company to handle the second leg of my move.  I was shocked when this company showed up at my front door.  Second, [redacted] Moving Company was in disbelief as of the condition that the truck was packed.  Everything was in a mess and the truck looked like a tornado ripped through it.  The movers from [redacted] even recommended me take pictures of this for future reference which I did. Third, lack of information? What is he referring to?  This company never came out to my home to inspect to provide a proper quote.  It was all done over the phone utilizing pictures of my home that was available online from when I put my house on the market.  It is not my fault that they didn't come out to see what the move would take.  If they had maybe they would have been aware. Fourth, [redacted] Moving Company did there best to piece back furniture, however due to the condition of the truck, hardware for furniture was everywhere and was not cared for properly.  As a result, [redacted] Moving Company did not assemble 90% of what I paid for to be done. The reason for the $800 charge that they did not bill me regarding storage was only for the bed rails that went missing. We basically lost the bed and due to it being discontinued you can't buy they railings any longer.  One of the [redacted] Movers came out and attempted to assemble his own homemade bed rails.  After two months that assembly collapsed and the bed fell in.  We were forced at that point to go out and buy a new mattress that sat on an alternative structure so we didn't need to rely on the bed rails. Regards,[redacted]

Service was billed hourly for work completed. This is very standard in this industry. The extra movers were hired so as to not make the day go by longer, and cause Mr. [redacted] to have to be significantly more on the hourly service.Mr. [redacted] was fully that there were other movers coming to help that. As per when he discussed with Spensir C[redacted] on site before the movers even arrived. Mr. [redacted] gave his consent and was even excited due to the hazard of longer hours because of the lack of movers needed to complete the job on our end. It's not required to send a representative to come to the clients location to do an in-house survey. A "proper" quote was completed over phone. It is not our responsibility to acquire an accurate inventory. Our estimates are based on what the customers tells us is their inventory (we of course ask standard questions as well). Our quote is deemed accurate per what the customer says. If the customer does not feel the quote was accurate. That is not our responsibility to take fault for Mr. [redacted]'s lack of describing his inventory. Hence the reason we hired another moving company (again, another standard practice when movers are booked), because due to his lack of informing us of his situation. We didn't want him to have to pay ridiculous sum of money for more hours of service that he would have needed to pay for. And instead were kind and asked to see if our relations could help. I'm very confused. Mr. [redacted] is saying that his bed rails were worth $800? Mr. [redacted] signed for minimal reimbursement. Meaning no more than $0.60 per pound per item. So even if his rails were 100lbs (which is far above what the average bed rail weight is). That would equal to only $60 reimbursed. Our resolution in person with Mr. [redacted] on the day of the move went above and beyond what we as a company are required to give. The $800 storage fee being taken off Mr. [redacted]'s bill far exceeds the cost per what he had signed for. Our resolution  has already been completed with Mr. [redacted]. And he has not once tried to contact us in regards to this situation. We have tried contacting him many times since the complaint was made aware, just to hear what he has to say from his own voice. However, as far as we are concerned. the resolution has already been completed with Mr. [redacted]. And again, far exceeds what we are required to give.
