We Know Urban Realty

My experience with [redacted] at We know Urban Realty was poor. At first, he came across as civil and then slowly became errogant and flat out rude. I contacted him regarding a specific property that my mother was interested in viewing. Mainly due to the description of the unit in the ad. Photos -etc. Initially, he seemed to be ok, he agreed to a meeting time to view the property but suddenly he turned into something else. He text me(Highly Unprofessional) Insisting on whether or not my mother would be interested in mid-century stlye remodeling. Right there, is where he began to make it a point to exclude my mother and ultimately deny her the oppty to view the rental. He never had the class to pick up the phone and treat my mother like she was a paying customer or even a person. As far as we're concerned, we will never recommend nor do business with We Know Urban Realty and quite frankly, [redacted] should learned to be more cautious with his discriminatory practices..because exclussion can be borderline illegal in terms of Equal Oppty.
