I was charged $429,to move my studio aptI was quoted $I was not given a receiptI called and asked for a receipt was.promised an email I have gotten nothing and my calls go to voicemail and not returned

They damage my antique furniture and lost my very expensive tableThe insurance they provide is crap nonexistent) only offered me $per pound on my furniture that they brokeThey did not even reimburse me for the expensive table that they lostIn trying to get some kind of resolution for the furniture they broke, they never returns calls I had to hound them to try and get them to rectify or fix my broken furniture

We hired this moving company and received a verbal estimate on price and amount of time the job would take, based on the size of our home
We never received confirmation of this through email, even though we were told we would
I called prior to the day of the move to make sure they were still going to move us
At that time, the owner said they would send us a confirmation email, which again, we never receivedI gave him my email as well as my husbands to make sure he had both accurately written down
The 4-hour estimate of time took hours, which was of course almost double the amount of time estimatedThey also tore our sofa and tried to say it wasn’t damaged
I contacted the owner on Monday (days after the move took place) because I had still not received an invoiceHe told me he tried to run my card (which he said I had to put on file before they could work with me) times but it declinedI was never told a total price or received communication that my card
