Good afternoon, in response to Mr***' compliant I would like to provide several key points he failed to include.
sans-serif;">To begin with Mr*** failed to measure his kitchen's refrigerator space location correctly, resulting in him purchasing a refrigerator which was too large for his kitchenMr*** purchased a standard width 36" refrigerator, but his kitchen was only able to accommodate a 33" (slightly harder to locate) model. We provided Mr*** a loaner refrigerator while while we located a 33" model for himWe located an LG 33" Stainless model and immediately called Mr*** to inform himMr*** said he would be into see the 33" model prior to delivery and swapWe also informed Mr*** that the we would cover the difference of cost between the one he purchased and the new replacementThe difference was in excess of $Mr*** did not come in as promised to view the refrigerator prior to deliveryFurthermore, additional phone calls over a month period went unansweredFinally, after several months Mr*** contacted our store and stated he stopped paying on his contract and planned to keep the loaner refrigerator and did not plan pay.
We explained to Mr*** that this was not an optionHe could not just keep a refrigerator for freeMr*** came into our place of business shortly after that in a rage and terrorized our female employees with foul languageIn addition he damaged several other appliances in our store by kicking and punching themAll the while he had the finance company on his cell phone's speaker and the employees could hear the shocked gentleman on the other end of line attempting to get Mr*** to leave our store before he injured someone.
We have since been advised to call the police on Mr*** if he returns to our storeMr*** continues to call from time to time to harass and threaten our employees

Hello Mr.Guerrero, after several attempts to coordinate a service call with the customer, we opted to exchange/swap the refrigerator for one of greater value. The customer had the refrigerator in...

their home for 9 months based on the purchase date and this fell well within our 12 month warranty. After several phone conversations, we scheduled the delivery of a refrigerator that had a greater retail value than the customers refrigerator. We did not charge the customer for the $120.00 price difference or delivery.. My delivery person arrived in the afternoon on 04.30.15. After unloading the refrigerator and preparing to move it into the kitchen, the customer requested a receipt. Our truck does not carry a printer and we do not usually provide separate receipt for an exchange. The customer refused the swap since the driver had no method of printing a receipt on site.
Hence, that is where we left off at, we would be willing to provide another refrigerator of equal or greater value if the customer wishes. We are also open to a dialogue to resolve the matter if the customer would like to call our retail store front at: [redacted] between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm Monday thru Friday.

[redacted]-General Manager

Hello, my name is [redacted] and I am the [redacted] for "We Love Appliances". I spoke to Mrs. [redacted] today and apologized for our delayed response to her request for an appliance swap. We are a small...

privately owned business and are a bit short handed during Christmas. I made Mrs. [redacted]' request a priority and offered her an immediate swap for both the washer and dryer. I also rescheduled our other deliveries for today to ensure that Mrs. [redacted] would have the swapped appliances prior to 6:00pm this evening in a genuine effort to accommodate her.
Mrs. [redacted] stated that she did not want the swap and indicated that she was seeking "something more" as she put it. I politely asked her to to be more specific in reference to the "something more" comment and she said she did not feel that she had to explain. I then confirmed that that Mrs. [redacted] would not except a swap as she had previously requested and I advised our delivery persons to cancel the swap. We were prepared to comply with the customer request for a swap, but when Mrs. [redacted] wanted something more, but would not explain, it brought us to an  impasse.
There will be no further attempts to contact the customer on our part since our fair and generous offer was refused.
Thank You,
[redacted]. We Love Appliances.

not made a single payment. I sent the financial papers with my tech to have her sign. She said she would not be available to sign. Then in a later phone call she stated that a family member had come into the store and paid off the refrigerator cash. We have no record of the cash payment and do not believe this occurred. In addition, the receipt that Mrs. [redacted] attempted to pass off as verification of a cash transaction (sales receipt [redacted]) clearly states it was financed via [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] admitted in still another phone call that she had doubts that her family member ever paid us anything and it had turned into a point of contention in her home.Mrs. [redacted] chose to return the refrigerator to us rather than meet her financial commitment in regards to payment. We will take a substantial loss on accepting back the heavily used refrigerator and now consider the matter closed.

Review: We purchased a washer and dryer but th first time we used it the washer was extremely shaking during the spin cycle. The dryer was also not drying at all. I called because we have 1 year warranty. They sent someone out and supposedly he fixed it but when I used it the next day the washer was better but still shaking, and the dryer still not drying. I called again and they said they needed to send a tech a second time and if it was not fixed then they would replace them for new ones. He came came out a few days later and it seemed the dryer was drying now. He said there was component that was open in the inside that was lettign all the heat out and he the washer was better again. After the 2 seccond time I used them after he left, the dryer went back to leaving the ckothes damp and besides he was not able to fix the automatic setting so we can't even use those. The washer also begam making a loud aqueaking sound. I called again and they said they would check what they had available to replae with. No one called me back until I did they send me pictures of what they had but different ones and [redacted] offered to give $200 credit for the difference. I called back asking if they were the same size but they didn't seem to know. it's been almost two weeks after the last call and no one has called me back. Twice I called and they promised they would have the [redacted] call me back and I have left various voicemails as well and no one has called me back, mind you the [redacted] has ever taken the time to speak to me directly. It has been associated who have passed on his message. I have been extremely patient. I have ruined clothes and have spent time and money having to go to laundromats. This is unacceptable. I have been comtemplating also posting comments on [redacted], which they use to advertise but do not want to resource to that and just want them to do their jobs.Desired Settlement: The business supposedly has a no return policy, but yet they are not taking care of the 1 yera warranty promise. They have been completely disregardomg and evading their responsibility. At this point I just want them to take their appliances back and give me a refudn so I can purchase new ones from a legitimate businsess who will take care of their responsabilities and their customers. If they refuse to honor a return, it is only right to replace my appliances immediately and issue compensation.

Review: On 4/25/15 our refrigerator stopped working. We have a 1yr warranty for parts and labor on this refrigerator, purchased 07/27/14. We contacted We Love Appliances on 4/25 and they told us we must call back Monday at 10am to speak to the service department to make arrangements for repair. Our first appointment was Monday at 5:30PM and the technician never showed up. We could not get any persons on the phone until Wednesday. On Wednesday morning, the manager, [redacted], told us at 12:30 a loaner would be delivered and they would take ours in for repair. Later that morning, [redacted] called back to let us know a technician would be showing up at 4:30 instead. If he is unable to fix the refrigerator, a loaner would be delivered this evening and the broken one taken in for repair. This again, did not happen. Thursday morning, an appointment was made for 10am. They again did not show and finally contacted us at 10:50. My fiance spoke to the service tech, Alicia, who argued with him and told him he was lying and that the tech was waiting at our house for 20mins. We later spoke to [redacted], who has also called us liars and blamed the missed Thursday apt on us, tried to make arrangements for a swap, told us we would have a full refund, and now is telling us the refund is not going to happen and still has not made arrangements to fix our refrigerator. While also on the phone with [redacted], he attempted to put me on hold but did not and I overheard him telling his tech dept. that I was "crazy" and "must be a tweeker" several times. After this, we were told we would receive a refund again, only to be called back several minutes later to say this wasn't going to happen. The owner is supposedly going to contact us now. This company advertises 24hr response time for their service dept. We have the receipt from our purchase 7/27/14 as well.Desired Settlement: I do not want any more appliances from this company in my home and want our full $467 refunded to us immediately.

Review: I bought a used appliance from this company and they promise a one year warranty on everything they sell. The day my appliance was delivered to my house the delivery guy plugged it in and it never worked. The delivery driver said he would have someone come fix it. I have had a repair guy by three times already and it still does not work. Also there was over a dozen ck roaches in the appliance as well.Desired Settlement: Please list this company as a danger. My appliance still does not work and now I have tons of ck roaches in my new home. I don't want others going through the same situation.

Review: This company, stated it had state of the art appliances some new with damages some used that comes with a warranty. Sales person [redacted] along with his other supervisor. I came into store saw a 36inch refer UNIT. I started an open account with this company, Smart Finance, they are good people cc aught up in a bad business deal. This unit I purchased lasted in service for 9 days. I come home on a Sunday morning, water all over the floor, My Food had spoiled. I called the store, young lady [redacted] stated their was no one to send out to service unit. She said she would tell the Manager or Store owner. I received a call from [redacted] or another manager. Stated he would send out a tech. To.check the unit for repair first tech came, said unit is not repairable,I said ok. Tech said he would speak with the Manager, I got a call from store, saying they would send a ANOTHER tech out to check. Ok, this would be the 2 tech to.come out for same issue, so this refer UNIT has been in my house for 12 days now not working. Tech comes out state d unit is not repairable, tech called manager from residence spoke to manager, tech gave [redacted] or on shift Manager information regarding unit. This time the tech said it would be best.to.replace UNIT it was not repairable. Two days go by I.get another phone, this time not from [redacted],but another person, stating they were sending out a tech. I'm confused how many techs need.to come out to tell the business the exact same thing. Finally, they come, they didn't mention replacing my 600.00$ worth of food. Nothing ever mentioned about that. But, I'm.being billed for an appliance,I do not have. They bought me a 19ft refer UNIT 500 dollars less, than the original unit I had. Now their not honoring their part of the warranty deal on this item. I HAVE TRIED TO BE PATIENT, SHOW SOME RESPECT TOWARDS THE BUSINESS. NOW I'M.DONE,WITH THE UNETHICAL.PRACTICES THESE PEOPLE BRING TO THE PUBLIC. INSTEAD OF THE STORE ACTING PROFESSIONAL OR ACT LIKE THEY HAVE BUSINESS ETIQUETTE,they hang up.Desired Settlement: Full explanation for lack of effort. Poor attitudes, lying to PUBLIC TO.EARN A DOLLAR. I GUESS SOME PEOPLE DO KNOW A BAD BUSINESS WHEN THEY SEE IT. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD HONEST.BUSINESS, WOW, WAS I WRONG. THANKS,BUT NO THANKS. COME GET YOUR COLLEGE DORM REFIGERATOR.
