We Love Kids Child Care

This child started on 1/30/thru 6/23/I myself have never been contacted by either parent on any concerning issues with this child For a chid to be having these types of issues on a "almost everyday" basis I feel should have been brought tup to management Upon reviewing the
child's file I found a total of ouch reportsOn 3/for a bite, 3/for the child hit her own head on the table, 4/for a bite, 4/for a scratch, 5/for a bite, 6/for a nose bleed, and 6/for a cut on her lipUpon speaking with my assistant director she stated it had never been brought to her attention about wrong diapers being used or any concern about her being dirty besides time when the parent complained about paint on clothes that didn't come out of the child clothes The assistant director had offered to replace the child outfit on her ownI was aware of the situation with the staple in the diaper and was completely shocked that one of my staff did this My staff member was reprimanded for her actions My front staff offered the parents a time to meet with me regarding the stapled diaper and the parent declined I would be more than happy to speak with the parents about their child and there concerns while they were here I can only wish I would of been aware of the dissatisfaction they had prior to it getting to this point Thank you
