Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am amazed at the lies in this letterThey never once messaged me, I never and told them I never would ask for anything especially paying for damage, and never did I trash them but asked for help there WERE pictures posted as proofIt was they who turned all their buddies against us and trashed usThis maybe a first complaint but I am surprised how dishonest these two are in their attempt to keep this quiet Regards, [redacted]

This was brought to our attention as Mr *** and his son got on a local *** group page a few days ago to publicly bash our products and services I will first go over their lack of cooperation in a matter that we felt isn't our problem to solve as our business, but wanted to help them
figure it out anyway as members of the shooting community and the local *** page Right away, we asked them to contact us outside of public eyes to figure out if it was something that had happened in the shop a month ago They never did no direct message, phone call, email etc I kept following the post because we kept getting tagged by other members of the group, that had gotten products made by us, who were also asking for proof and saying that nothing we do in the shop to make a holster, would make those scratches on the gun We backed them up as we make at least a day with customer guns, and just asked why would theirs be the only one to do it, and why a month later did you just notice we asked if it was possible they had the gun worked on somewhere that used a gun smithing vise, or possible happened in transit or storage, etc The post eventually got deleted by the admins of the group, because it was a violation to the groups rules for slander and refusing to post proof (photos) we have no control over that, we are just basic members like him our business isn't even on their, we are on there as individuals We were told of this the next day by the admin Will Frey, who was the one that deleted itNothing was disrespectful or dishonest by any of us We asked for proof in email or private message so we could figure out what may have caused it, whether it was us or something else that may have happened in the month between, but nothing was done I messaged on *** everyday for days then gave up To say we had the posts deleted in fear, is ridiculous we couldn't even do that if we wanted too no one is trying to cover up anything it was simply asked to take it to a private conversation so it could be handed professionally We have and maintained a strong reputation for our work, and I think what really happened is Mr*** and his son were upset over the support of the rest of the group members, saying that we didn't cause the damage either way, myself and erik were informative as we could be on a forum, that is why we asked to message privately or email it was never done After reading the posts they made about us, and seeing what they wrote and lied about in this complaint, I strongly feel it is an attempt to get our company to cover damage that they had done to their own property, by blaming it on us I will say, Thank you Revdex.com for bringing this to our attention, and maybe, finally, he will respond privately instead of using public postings like Revdex.com and social media

This was brought to our attention as Mr [redacted] and his son got on a local [redacted] group page a few days ago to publicly bash our products and services.  I will first go over their lack of cooperation in a matter that we felt isn't our problem to solve as our business, but wanted to help them...

figure it out anyway as members of the shooting community and the local [redacted] page.  Right away, we asked them to contact us outside of public eyes to figure out if it was something that had happened in the shop a month ago.  They never did.  no direct message, phone call, email etc.  I kept following the post because we kept getting tagged by other members of the group, that had gotten products made by us, who were also asking for proof and saying that nothing we do in the shop to make a holster, would make those scratches on the gun.  We backed them up as we make at least 10 a day with customer guns, and just asked why would theirs be the only one to do it, and why a month later did you just notice.  we asked if it was possible they had the gun worked on somewhere that used a gun smithing vise, or possible happened in transit or storage, etc.  The post eventually got deleted by the admins of the group, because it was a violation to the groups rules for slander and refusing to post proof (photos).  we have no control over that, we are just basic members like him.  our business isn't even on their, we are on there as individuals.  We were told of this the next day by the admin Will Frey, who was the one that deleted it. Nothing was disrespectful or dishonest by any of us.  We asked for proof in email or private message so we could figure out what may have caused it, whether it was us or something else that may have happened in the month between, but nothing was done.  i messaged on [redacted] everyday for 3 days then gave up.  To say we had the posts deleted in fear, is ridiculous.  we couldn't even do that if we wanted too.  no one is trying to cover up anything.  it was simply asked to take it to a private conversation so it could be handed professionally.  We have and maintained a strong reputation for our work, and I think what really happened is Mr. [redacted] and his son were upset over the support of the rest of the group members, saying that we didn't cause the damage.  either way, myself and erik were informative as we could be on a forum, that is why we asked to message privately or email.  it was never done.  After reading the posts they made about us, and seeing what they wrote and lied about in this complaint, I strongly feel it is an attempt to get our company to cover damage that they had done to their own property, by blaming it on us.  I will say, Thank you Revdex.com for bringing this to our attention, and maybe, finally, he will respond privately instead of using public postings like Revdex.com and social media.

Regards,

Review: My son and I visited the shop to have a holster made. [redacted] and [redacted] used the actual gun to form the holster and in the process with shims or other clamps the gun grip came out Marred with indentations. When told about this both denied and said there was "no way" they could have made the marks. [redacted] even was dishonest and, on social media, told us only a blue fake gun was used to make the holster. In fact I was there and know at no time did they use anything other than the actual gun. [redacted] went on trying to discredit me by belittling and ridiculing me on [redacted] being totally unprofessional while [redacted] did offer an explanation of sorts but no real basis) At no time did they offer or message me to see the gun in person or help identify the marks. When another customer showed the same marks they had all [redacted] Posts deleted(being in fear of the same treatment he stopped responding). This all was very dishonest and because they have such control on social media they just turned it against me and my son, making us look bad and trying to cover up. We asked for nothing but honesty of the company and received the opposite.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter from owner [redacted] apologizing for the way he treated my son and I on the [redacted] Page GTOA, with the letter explaining the lack of customer service. I would like an explanation of the use of shims, keeping space between the holster and gun. If any other guns come away with the same marks they need to advise all future clients. Also no more backlash or retaliation.
