RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint... ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The Transmission Dr can call the shop and arrange to have their transmission picked up. Transmission Dr. needs to pay the shop for their work at the time of pickup. I need my refund completed as soon as possible so that I can purchase another transmission asap. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
The Transmission Doctor has not followed through with the resolution to this issue. They are now refusing/denying any responsibility for their transmission. It is sitting in the shop in Great Falls, MT with a bill for labor on it that they also are responsible for as per their own warranty on the transmission

*** has two options, take the venicle to the nearest atra transmission repair facility to have the possible warranty work preformed or return the product to transmission doctor for a full refund,
