Worst experience everContacted company through *** who said I could return the phoe but never gave me the address when I emailed them for it*** dispute was won and they advised me to send phone backCompany emailed me through *** to me saying they aren't accepting the return and sending phone back to me(unknown to me until today)I was under the assumption that this was a 2nd broken phone *** just kept telling me I have to go through ***STAY AWAY unless you to receive a broken phone!

STAY AWAY unless you to receive a broken phone!Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund. I have been dealing with this for 6 months. It's hard when I work over nights but I am constantly going back and forth with [redacted] and them.
