I placed an order for slides May 14 2016. I received confirmation and tracking information on May 18th 2016. There is no information available on usps website stating the status of my orders delivery. I've called and email this company and no one returns the call or email any responses. Totally unacceptable u and very poor management.
I placed an order May 10 for two pairs of slides and a pair of socks. I received the socks within two weeks. The slides, however, have still not arrived. I received an email stating they were shipped on May 17, but they have yet to be picked up by UPS. The slides have since sold out on the store so I can only assume they printed everyone's tracking information without even having the actual product available. I am now out $135 and a birthday present for a friend. I have emailed and called nearly every day and no one responds. This is no way to handle business or treat your former fans.
