This just goes to show how inept this business is. We actually scheduled and agreed on services for a party August 1st, which I have written documentation of, not August 8th as he mentioned in his response. I cancelled the arrangement with this company when I finally figured out how unorganized, unreliable and unprofessional they are. His response justifies my decision to file this complaint.
