They pick up my jeep in rural Hayward Wisconsin and transported the car to West Palm beachThey answer all my calls and emailsGood job guys

Very unprofessional company I went with them after the very professional (and convincing) sales pitch of *** I had multiple offers to ship my car from NY to FL in the $400-rangeThey matched the $550, I signed a contract for that amount, they promise me they'll be at the car between 9-a.mfor pickup, and the waiting game began On the day of pickup, I didn't hear a peep from anyone until I called them (multiple times)About the 9th time (really) I called, I got a live person (p.m.), who told me due to DOT regulations and some fraudulent activities by "various attorneys up and down the East Coast" - the car could not be picked up that dayI, stupidly, gave them the benefit of the doubt, because they said they'd be by the next day between 10-to get the car The next day rolls around and I get a call that they "will not pick up the car unless I agree to pay them $1,100" - basically double the original quote, and double the cost of the contract I signedI said "no thanks, I'll go with someone else" - hung up - and immediately arranged to have someone else pick up the car Mr [redacted] (the owner?) of We Will Transport It called me back SCREAMING at me that I was a liar, was being fraudulent, and I "didn't know ***" about the trucking businessHe said I was lying that I arranged for someone else to get the car and that I have no idea what it's like to run a trucking businessThen he started yelling, again, that I didn't know anything about how to read a contract and they WWTI had the unilateral right to double the price (I'm a lawyer and I know how to read a contract) Fast forward an hour later, Mr [redacted] calls me back and says, as if he's bipolar, "sorry about that, we have a trucker on the way," and, "luckily for you, and do to my desire to keep my customers happy, I'm doing it for only $more than we originally agreed to" ($600) Just wanting to be over with the experience, I said yes Long story short, I got the car in fine condition and on timeThis was due to the third party WWTI hired to get me the car (Jersey Transport - a fine company) The reason I wouldn't recommend them is due to everything I wrote aboveTheir actions were negligent at best and fraudulent at worstSTAY AWAY

I made arrangements to move my car from Ohio to New Hampshire with ***He was professional and turned me over to the dispatcher ***(Sorry if I miss spelled her name) She also was very helpfulThe car was picked up and deliveredand I was happy with their service

I am a long time client of WWTI and customers opinions are like *** we all have WWTI is very thorough and these people complaining on here are brokers from other companies or stubborn hard heads for not getting it done for free which they prefer I highly recommend using WWTI and Mr*** P will take care of you Ask for him, others I can't attest for Call him at XXX-XXX-XXXX

Vehicles was schedule a month in advance and was told last minute that there was no driver to transportWas then asked to pay higher price for transport, knowing that customer has no other options Their line of business is unethical and their words can not be trustedWould I recommend their business, the answer would be NO!!!
Consumers must be careful when dealing with transportation companies
They are bunch of crooks!!!!

Hands down one of the worst, and most infuriating experiences of my lifeThis was my first time moving long distance, From PA to CA, and *** made it sound painlessI signed a contract over a month before my moveI followed up a couple times and everything was greathours before I was supposed to leave they called and told me that no one was coming for my carThey made dozens of excuses why it wasn't their fault, and they are still the good guysIf I wanted it picked up I would have to sign a new contract, pay an additional $500, and my car would arrive days laterIt would also have to be sent backwards across the state first and be transferred between two different companies
At this point it felt like extortion, but I had no choice but to accept the new termsMy car was picked up extremely late, but it was out of my hands at that pointI wrote an angry letter to the sales woman (***) I had dealt with, explaining my frustration and dissatisfaction with the situation and how I felt extortedI got no response for daysFinally the CEO of the company called me back personallyApparently he had felt threatened by me letter, so he felt it was necessary to reach out to and address me with hostility, threaten me with his lawyers, and threaten to withhold my car, drop it in storage, and never give it to meIt took me five minutes to calm him down and diffuse his aggressionHe refused to honor the terms, or at least the cost outlined in my original contract and bombarded me with excuses why it was not their faultBy the time I hung up with whom I thought was the most unprofessional and unreasonable executive in the country I was enraged, and there was nothing I could do for fear of my car being stolen by his company
When my car finally arrived it was a week and a half late, and I swore I would do everything in my power to make sure no one else gets robbed by them again

[redacted] put on a great act. He started off sounding very credible and then things just got creepy. He was very unprofessional, crossed boundaries by asking for a picture of me in order to speed up the process of my vehicle being transported. I felt so weird. Not only did he lie about when my car would be picked up, he tried to charge my card before the agreed date of sale. Thank god I had a good head on me and decided to not go into further business and cut of all ties to this creepy, creepy person and sketchy business. Don't bother with them. Ever.

Very unprofessional company.

I went with them after the very professional (and convincing) sales pitch of [redacted].

I had multiple offers to ship my car from NY to FL in the $400-550 range. They matched the $550, I signed a contract for that amount, they promise me they'll be at the car between 9-10 a.m. for pickup, and the waiting game began.

On the day of pickup, I didn't hear a peep from anyone until I called them (multiple times). About the 9th time (really) I called, I got a live person (8 p.m.), who told me due to DOT regulations and some fraudulent activities by "various attorneys up and down the East Coast" - the car could not be picked up that day. I, stupidly, gave them the benefit of the doubt, because they said they'd be by the next day between 10-12 to get the car.

The next day rolls around and I get a call that they "will not pick up the car unless I agree to pay them $1,100" - basically double the original quote, and double the cost of the contract I signed. I said "no thanks, I'll go with someone else" - hung up - and immediately arranged to have someone else pick up the car.

Mr. [redacted] (the owner?) of We Will Transport It called me back SCREAMING at me that I was a liar, was being fraudulent, and I "didn't know [redacted]" about the trucking business. He said I was lying that I arranged for someone else to get the car and that I have no idea what it's like to run a trucking business. Then he started yelling, again, that I didn't know anything about how to read a contract and they WWTI had the unilateral right to double the price (I'm a lawyer and I know how to read a contract).

Fast forward an hour later, Mr. [redacted] calls me back and says, as if he's bipolar, "sorry about that, we have a trucker on the way," and, "luckily for you, and do to my desire to keep my customers happy, I'm doing it for only $50 more than we originally agreed to" ($600).

Just wanting to be over with the experience, I said yes.

Long story short, I got the car in fine condition and on time. This was due to the third party WWTI hired to get me the car (Jersey Transport - a fine company).

The reason I wouldn't recommend them is due to everything I wrote above. Their actions were negligent at best and fraudulent at worst. STAY AWAY.
