Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I am not satisfied with this response because there has only been one time that I have not given the company money and that is because I was waiting on an itemized receipt to proceed I was told and have the text messages and emails to support my position that I would receive the invoice Once I learned that work was not being completed because I did not pay the invoice, I IMMEDIATELY gave payment even without an itemized receipt The only weather delays have occurred recently It has taken over four months to complete a pool The company has not communicated with me and refuses to We reached an agreement that everything would be complete by April 1, 2017, and it is doubtful that this can be done int he next days Regards, [redacted] ***

We here at Passion Pools LLC are locating the proper sub contractor responsible for closing out the portion of the electrical inspection so we can close out the final permit on the pool projectIt is my understanding that he is no longer aroundWe will have to schedule a new sub contractor to
pull new permit and have it inspectedDue to the busy industry this will take longer then wanted to completeAs for the sewer tap in we will have the plumber go by

In regards to the complaint here at passion pools llc we are aware of the matters at hand and we are truthful to the factsWe express many concerns to each project and many of the factors are out of our controlSuch as weather we state many times to customers if there is one day of rain it could
affect days of constructionWhen a sub contractor is issued a work order they have every means to complete the job requestedIf a draw or addendum are not meet in a timely fashion it states on our binding contract that it will add three more days to the end of construction time frame

all projects tend to go smoothly pending weather and change ordersIf a change order is to happen both parties have to agree upon the changeAll work has to stop and await change order process to take placeDue to the requirements of the Woodlands inspections there my be delays in construction
Typically one day of rain could result in a three day delay on any projectAs for the Gunite company lien it was a mistake on their partAll subs are paidWe entering a contract with any builder a lien is placed on all projects until contract is satisfied

Although most of the claimed is true, I as Roger R*** have failed to have proper communication with the *** projectThe contact person for this project was to be ***I was left with an incomplete project and had to work in scheduling with my on-going projects that are assigned to meI would
like to finish project and will if afforded the opportunity

As outlined in the complaint I am aware of permitting issues and the delays associatedThis complaint has not been resolved as Passion Pools has failed to satisfy service dates continually not being met, we have no timeline for work to be completed, and the company consistently fails to communicate with us regarding the resolution of this project. Weather has only been an issue for this project on 11/28- 11/29/and this was only after the original date for pool clean up and pebbletec was missed without explanation by passion pools on 11/18- 11/19/In order for this complaint to be resolved we must secure a schedule for work to be completed, the dates, weather permitting, must be kept, and a final expected date of completion must be provided

The business owner Roger R***'s response is untrue just as most everything he said.......although *** *** started out to be my contact, both *** and *** were at my house when I paid themAfter months of dealing with *** and his myriad of lame excuses, I dealt with Roger exclusively from February 18th through April 2nd, the day I FIRED PASSION POOLS and hired another companyI paid Roger another draw on February 26th and never saw him again......on April 3rd the new pool company started, and will take weeks to complete......something Passion Pools couldn't do in months
