I have been successful in 4 deals with them. I have submitted a couple of deals that were not. But it was because of their insight that probably saved me from getting involved in a very bad property. That a contractor " friend" said was an amazing deal. Upon review the deal really did not make good money sense. I appreciate that Wealth 212 and team are in my corner looking out for my best interest.
On November 6th, 2019, I sent the following letter to the company.

This letter serves as a formal request for refund of $13,500 – the total paid to your company, Wealth 212 on. 10/25/2019

Your company Wealth 212 advertises: “Can you find properties with $50k minimum profit, under $600k ARV and with rehab costs less than purchase price? If so, we are in business! Become a Member of our fast-growing Nationwide Network today.”
I became a member. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the quality of service. Your staff does not adequately explain the needs to receive funding, nor are they clear on their instructions. Your member sales pitch glorifies how easy it is to receive funding. However, that is completely false. Your staff is rude, they over talked me, that insulted me and more than that. They are not truthful.
Please refund this balance to the credit card that was used to make the payment of $13,500 no later than November 15th, 2019
If I do not receive the full refund by this date, I will have no choice but to file a consumer complaint with the office of the state attorney general.

I have not received my money back, nor have they addressed the issues in a reasonable understandable manner. I believe I have been scammed.
I invested $5,000 into this program only to find that there were particular guidelines that I was not made aware of prior to the investment. On several occasions I requested to end the agreement before my time limit, and was told by Brandon that if I was not pleased that my money would be refunded. Later as I tried to use the program I was given one excuse after another about why they would not fund a deal. One was ridiculous enough that they would not fund a deal where the amount of repairs exceeded the sales price. I have an email verifying this statement. I want my money back.

Keystone Funding Network is the Company Name , managed by another LLL named Wealth 212 LLC, represented by ( Brandon E ) as a funding manager for the company and that they have them own money to fund real estate purchasing, they have offered me a real estate funding , 100% funding for deals in my estate of Georgia, the deals has to have a certain espesefications , and that they would add me up to a profe of funding with my personal name to be added to them bank account next to them name on the account as well, to have a profe of funding for millions of dollars to present it to the single family owners selling them houses or real estate agents and to present my sel as a cash buyer, and that they have a team of especialests that they would review the deal and that if passes the espesefications then they would buy it with them own cash on my name with them own funds and get the contractors to fix it then sell it sharing with me 20% of the project net profit for looking for the properties and supervision for the field projects scope of work , The deal is that I need to be a member in them network to optaine all the benefits and to get access to them funds to finance all my deals if they pass the espesefications they require, the membership cost is to pay them $5000 to own 20% of the net profit of all fix and flip business that we do together in my estate using 100% finance through them own funds , I have asked for a draft contract to review before signing up with them and paying the membership, Brandon has responded that I should trust him for it, I have asked what protects me he said my credit card company would protect my transaction and that a contract would be mailed to me after paying the funds , the contract to be signed and sent back to them , after signing the contract they would send me the access for them platform including the proof of funds in 4 different banks , I have enrolled and paid for the service and found nothing of what they promised me was right
To whom it may concern,
We received the complaint submitted by ***. Yes, we are a funding partner that allows our members to use our Proof of Funds bank statements, as well as fund property acquisitions 100%. We specialize in Fix and Flip, and split the net proceeds of sale with our member. At the time of enrollment, the client/member agrees to a 3 day right of rescission, which allows our new members a chance to review documents and have full access to all of our services, as well as submit a cancelation request, if they chose to. Part of our enrollment process is a set of documents that reiterates the 3 day right of recession and our membership program, which is signed and returned to us within that time frame. Mr *** signed and agreed to these terms. During this 3 day period Mr *** downloaded our Proof of Funds statements, watched a number of our educational videos, talked with members of our Real Estate Team and emailed mulitple times askign for advice and information. Mr ***, enrolled on Nov 27, 2018. His 3 day Right of Rescission began on that day. Mr. sent us a written cancelation request on Dec 4, 2018 which was outside of his 3 day right of rescission. Due to the fact that Mr *** accessed so many services, and due to him being outside of his 3 day right of recession we are not able to issue a refund.
We will work directly with Mr *** to resolve his concerns.
