The service I received from this company was horrible! I had a tax consultant who would not spend any time consulting with me on information that I had missing in order for him to do my parents' tax return It was like a cookie-cutter operation Either you have the documents he needs or else! He gave me a few things that I needed to send him subsequent to my visit which I promptly sent A few days later I received a call asking for some additional documentation I told him I did not have it, I would have to contact the bank That was not good enough and I was told I would not get the return as it was "unfinished" This is the 11th hour (it is now April 10), and I am not to get my return????!!!! The items I was waiting for from the bank were non-taxable anyway I am extremely disappointed with the company and will definitely not recommend them They may have an exemplary reputation according to the Revdex.com, but it is a very, very unprofessional organization as far as I am concerned
