Ricky [redacted] at Bass Air is an exceptional service technician We first met him several years ago when we had a problem with a new gas pack unit that would cut off when the weather dropped below degrees Several servicemen came and were unable to find the problemRicky came on a Sunday evening and immediately found the pump line exiting the house was frozen He is both professional and pleasant We need more Ricky's in the service world Mary [redacted]
