8-6- Wealthonomics and client Mel P*** reached a private settlement agreement today to both parties satisfaction He will be contacting the Revdex.com within business day to remove this complaint and state he is satified

This is the first time I have became aware client eanted to cancel her access.She could have called or emailed. I emailed minites ago the Income Class billing and requested client to be refundrd the las months and to stop and close access and stop billing. please remove this
complaint. Customer will be called or emailed tommorrow that this has been taken care of from the Income Class. Best reagrds,Tyson

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Also, for the record, I would like to let Tyson know that I have tried to contact the company to close my account and stop the charges. I called on 2/12/17 or 2/13/17 and left a message. Tyson called me back and left a voicemail (which I still have on my phone) on 2/13/17 @ 6:21 pm. I tried calling back and couldn't get through. I called again at the end of February and received a text message setting up a call and I was never called. I also emailed an address I found on their website ([email protected]) and it was returned to me. Please see attached photos.When I receive the refund, I will be happy to reverse the complaint.I did receive a voicemail also from Christy and I returned her call today, 5/30/17, to accept the resolution you are offering. (There was no answer so I had to leave a voicemail.)Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
