Wealthy Affiliate

Wealthy Affiliate is so far ahead of its time. If you are somebody who knows how to listen then this is for you. I am not kidding, Wealthy Affiliate is a place where the owners both Kyle and Carson have spent their lives building the platform and they have not done so cheaply. The platform has the only custom website builder on all the internet. If you wanted to build a website generally you would need many different platforms to do so, but Wealthy Affiliate has brought absolutely everything you need into one place.
Concerning the scams online, yes there are many but Wealthy Affiliate are far from that and all it will take anybody looking at starting a business is a simple test drive of the platform with a free start and they will too see the usefulness the platform sports.

We signed up with Wealthy Affiliate thinking it would help us with our blog. But, all they want you to do is to promote their stuff. Your blog means nothing. I've asked for a refund. I don't expect the whole amount, but I would like to get back what's left in the yearly membership. This program just isn't what we were led to believe it was.

Requested support and didn’t hear back for weeks. They do not issue refunds but that information is in the fine print. Their site isn’t mobile friendly. It’s just the paying members that answer your questions. It’s hard to close your account and apparently you need to “watch a video” in order to close your account. I regret my purchase and would love my $*** returned to me.

I decided to cancel my account with WealthyAffiliate.com. I prepaid membership fees for a year. They are refusing to refund the unused membership fees to me.

I signed up for this service a year ago and used it for a few months and then got busy and forgot about it. recently, I suddenly got $360 removed from my *** account for the next year of service - I had forgotten about it because I had received no emails from them in months! I was concerned because I am currently living paycheck to paycheck and don't have time or money for this right now. so I emailed them, opened a *** request on my behalf, and contacted them 2 more times again from within their website, asking, begging, how do I please cancel this and get at least a pro-rated refund?

I am continuously ignored, over and over, and it feels bitter and unfair :/

I signed up for a free account then was talked into a one month trail for $. The second month they charged me $*** without my knowledge. I never agreed to pay $*** + tax *** a month. and I wish to be fully refunded.

After having realized that I had no ability to communicate with anyone inside of the program, I tried to contact the admins through email. They have got back in contact with me, and they said: the reason why I was cut off because I was reported as a spammer within the system. I completely understand the rules of regarding spam, but I didn't violate none of these rules. They did not restore my writing access, and I have been trying to get in contact with them again for a week now, but I am not receiving a response. I really just want to have my writing access restored. I am not in any sort of manner against the company, nor do I desire a refund for the services that I have paid for. I just feel as if I am wasting the amount of days that I have on my membership because I do not have no writing access at all. From what I can see, I can still log in to my account, and I still have access to the training videos as well as the ability to work on my website, so my account was not terminated, nor do I desire for it to be terminated.

I have reached out to successful members, and have not heard back. I have also gotten no help when I reach out to someone with a question.

I also asked *** about an issue regarding my being in the Super Affiliate Program, and reached out to *** twice. No response. In my last message to him, I even brought up the fact that he had never responded to my inquiry.

I am really starting to feel that I don't get a response or help unless it benefits the other person.

I have come to realize that you are kind of rolling the dice in regards to if you succeed or not. Your website may or may not get ranked and you may or may not make money with this service.

I have been in contact with the owners regarding a request and within 24 hours I had a response and they resolved the issue immediately.
