font-family: Verdana; text-align: justify;">I am referring to the letter dated 3/17/2014 with an ID [redacted].
As a result of our investigation of the matter at hand we have found out the following. On March 11 Mr. [redacted] has requested a refund to his credit card “upon seeing and hearing several negative reviews regarding this product, I’ve decided not to sell them.”
As per his request he was informed of our 25% restocking fee. The same day March 12 he responded “How can you charge a restocking fee, if they’re not in stock” The response he received from his Sales Representative was that we do have the product in stock. He apologized to him for getting upset and expressed that “I hate to lose your business, I enjoyed our conversations. We are good people and this is a good product.” In maintaining good customer service and hoping to reach satisfaction our sales representative has offered to Mr. [redacted] an opportunity to speak with our [redacted] in hope to help him better understand how the product functions and is utilized.
On March 18th Mr. [redacted] responded that he is still waiting for his refund, stating that he has contacted Revdex.com regarding the issue and will take the next step in resolving this. Following his last correspondence his sales rep contacted him by phone and inquired whether he has had an opportunity to speak with our [redacted] at which he said yes, but was still not able to use the product properly. The sales rep apologized and informed him that he would refund his money right then, which he did.
The matter was resolved as Mr. [redacted]’s desired outcome, the sales representative refunded him the full amount of $1185.
