We were contacted by this customer through our email submission system by this customer on a Sunday, the same day this situation was reported to Revdex.com. Our posted support availability is by email only, from 9am to 5pm US Eastern time, Monday to Friday.
We assisted this customer as quickly as possible on that Monday and for several days following, working to get their system functioning as designed and expected. Eventually, they abandoned the troubleshooting process and requested a refund. After completing the return process as described in our posted policies *** a full refund was issued.
