I hired *** *** of Weary Realty to manage my rental in Phoenix, AZShe provided horrible service and I want to warn others not to do business with herHer main concern is collecting the fees and not doing any work for thisOnce the tenant started paying the rent later and later she promptly cancelled her contract with me with a day noticeShe still took her commissions for the remainder of the contract and just walked awayI paid fees when she should have used my home warranty, suggested I give a pet deposit to one of the tenants who moved outWhen I said that was not possible as the other family member could just get another dog, she suggested I ask the next door neighbor to keep an eye out and let me know if they didI was appalled that she suggest I involve my neighbors in this when she was paid to manage the propertyThe tenants complained that she was non responsive and did not return phone callsI continually had to get involved despite hiring her to do this jobI would not do business with Weary Realty or *** *** unless you want to be paying top commissions for horrible service
