Weather Champions

In January/February supplied and installed a four ductless HVAC systems as part of an apartment renovationWeather Champions, Ltd., was contracted by the designer , GLC Design LLC., associated with this renovationBoth during and after the installation of the HVAC system our point of contact
was GLC Design which led to many scheduling problems and coordination issues with the general contractor.Shortly after the installation, Weather Champions LTD responded to a couple of minor service callsOn service call was to go over operation of hand held remote controls for AC unitsAnother service call was for no cooling which resulted in finding that the circuit breakers had been turned offThese service calls came in while construction was still actively going onWeather Champions responded as quickly as access to the space was given and were resolved at no cost to the customerIn May 2016, Weather Champions was notified of a water leak from one of the ductless blowersUpon arrival a faulty hose clamp was found and replacedAdditionally all other drain lines and condensate pumps were checked at this time and found to be functionalThis was done at no cost to customer.In June 2016, we were notified of a water leak outside on the balconyUpon arrival found this was condensation being discharged from the condensate pumpsHowever, while on site we added additional piping to the condensate line and discharged into the gutter so as not to have visible water on the balconyAlso during this service call technician found a small refrigerant leak at one of the connections on a condensing unitA small amount of refrigerant was added and the repair was set up and schedule for a later dateSince this point in time the work to repair these minor issues has been scheduled on multiple occasions and always canceled by the customer.To date Weather Champions has and will continue to make every attempt to rectify any issues known to exist with this installationSince the time of this complaint we have been in direct contact with the property owner and the general contractor and have scheduled a date in which to perform the repairs necessary to satisfy the customer as Weather Champions has always stood behind their workThank YorkJeanene S*Office Manager
