Weather Lock Windows

[redacted] reached out to me stating he believed there was a problem with his windows on 11/6/17. I stated we could stop out on 11/16/17. on 11/16/17 he wrote me a txt stating the back door will be open and his wife was home. upon arrival his wife came out and said I have a gun I could shoot you to my lead...

installer and myself. I stated that her husband stated the back door was open to let myself in. she said her husband would be home in ten minutes. we verified the installation of all windows. a few of the snap on windows needed minor adjustments due to the homeowners current windows being extremely out of square. upon arrival of [redacted]  we said we could make some minor adjustments and that they were installed correctly and we would need a half hour to correct the adjustments. at that point [redacted] told me I didn't know what the F[redacted] I was doing, and said he wanted his F[redacted]ing money back. [redacted] became hostel and violent. I Felt it would be best to leave at that point. he wanted his money back and wouldn't allow us to make some simple minor adjustment. Upon trying to leave the house [redacted]'s wife would not let me leave the house and pushed me. I have taped the entire situation once the client threatened to shoot us. I have been in business for 32 years and pride myself on customer service and making sure my product meets all customer needs. I feel with [redacted]'s hostility and his wife threatening to shoot us that It was best to part ways. I made every attempt to resolve and adjust the windows. also in closing if been saw a problem on September 1st why did he wait until November to call me.
