Revdex.com,We have read the rejection and below is our response.Almost no trucking company will drive in the customer's driveway due to liability And it is not just us, it is most companies, the truck will only deliver off of the street, in fears they will damage the driveway or they are just not comfortable driving on the driveway (trees limbs, condition of drive way, etc) This is not new and we let our customer's know and it is stated on our web-site "The trucking company typically only delivers to the end of the driveway" * [redacted] Also, it would have only taken about mins to unload the materials from the truck and put on the customer's property The trucking company does not have to, but they have a pallet jack and they would have typically walked it up to the garage, from our years experience, this is what typically happens Again, the customer told us [redacted] would not deliver to their address on the phone, so we refunded the customer for picking up the materials of $75.00, even tough, the trucking company would deliver the next day, this is something we did not have to do But, we wanted to take care of our customerAccording to the complaint, the customer is stating they have damages, but they: Broke down the pallet of materials at the transportation dock Hand loaded their truck, trailer and other car - if there were any damages, you would see it, no question about it, you touch every piece and part Signed the paperwork stating the materials were fine and there are no damagesThey emailed us stating there were damages, but would allow us to call them, We have done everything we can to help this customer and we do it for all of our customers.Sincerely,The Weatherables Team

Is there anything that Revdex.com can do for me? Every email they send they twist the story on how I should have seen the damage at the trucking company place It was dark - I could not see the damage there I saw it in the light of my garage The damage is not the only issue The majority of the issue is the quality of their product, which they fails to address. Of course, I am new to ordering like this and did not know I needed to inspect every piece when picking up the material It was shrink wrapped and some in boxes; therefore I did not unpack piece by piece at the trucking company (Would the trucking company have waited in the roadway for me to do this at home?!) The trucking company did not tell me I needed to inspect every piece either Yes, if I were buying from a "box store" I would inspect every piece before I purchased it, but paying this amount of money, I didn't expect to have problems or receive poor quality (The fine scratches, the different finishes, these would not be seen in the dark.) They stated the trucking company could use a pallet jack This is not true as the skid weighed over lbs and was 8’ long No pallet jack could handle a skid this size with that load and a person(s) pulling it up a 270’ driveway Please offer some advice Where do I go from here? What's next? Is there someone higher in the cooperation that can look into this as this person continually twists things, and is not addressing the real issues. Thank you so much. *** ***

I am sorry our customer is having an issue. Below is a response and we have been helping
this customer since day 1. We have
stated processes and procedures that need to be followed
Our shipping Department determines which carrier will be
utilized for each order shipping out of our
facility and the freight carrier
contacts the customers to make delivery arrangements. For this reason, our Product Specialists
(sales people) cannot and do not give any advice in which shipping company will
be used to ship the product, they can tell the customers which carriers we use, butit does not
matter, all of our carriers will be able to deliver to any location
The customer contacted our office and told us that ***
would not deliver to his location so he and his children had to pick up all of
the material at the Terminal and load it into their vehicles. We refunded the customer our $shipping
fee as a courtesy for his inconvenience based on his phone call.
Next, we contacted our *** shipping rep to get an
explanation why they would not ship to the customer. The *** Terminal Manager said they of course would
ship to his location, but the customer insisted on picking up the material the
day it arrived at his terminal because he didn't want to wait until the next
day for delivery. Next day delivery
after the materials get to the terminal for a LTL load is very fast and within our stated shipping lead times. The Terminal Manager indicated there were no
damages visible and that the customer signed the receipt (bill of lading) without noting any
damages When the customer signs this receipt, he is acknowledging there are no damages.
On 10/06/the customer contacted our office claiming he
had some damaged pieces. We asked him to
submit photos showing the damaged pieces and asked for a list of the pieces
that needed to be replaced. We received
photos but were not able to see any of the damages in the photos and the customer did not send an list of what needed replaced.
Rather than a list of damages we received a follemail from the
customer stating that he was not going to bother getting us a list, he
wanted the material picked up and 100% of his money returned. He told us not to call his phone because he
was busy and did not have anything to discuss with us. I followed up with the customer with
photographs of his material prior to it leaving our facility, and instructions
for setting up a return if he wanted to return the products. Our return policy was sent to the customer
during the placement of his order and once his order shipped as well as on our
website (***) where Mr*** did
research prior to calling our office to place his order.
We have done everything we can to help the customer and
refunded his shipping fee as a courtesy even though the materials would have
been delivered to his location in our stated lead times. We pay for shipping insurance and if it is
damaged the customer can file a claim.
We were trying to help and possibly replace anyalleged damaged materials for the customer
and file the claim for him (like we do for all customers), but without any
proof of damage, no communication with the customer and the customer signing
the bill of lading stating there is no damage to his materials. There is nothing we can do now

I am rejecting this response because:  In response to the business’ comments regarding delivery to
my home, when I contacted [redacted] they told me the material was available and
they could deliver the next day or the following day to my address.  However, they would not be able to deliver it
all the way up to my garage, as the house is 250’ from the road with a winding
driveway.  [redacted] said the semi would not
be able to turn into the driveway off the road or make it up the hill.  The material would have had to be unloaded in
the road, little by little, blocking the road for several hours.   This
is why I said I would pick it up at their facility, plus the forecast was
predicting rain for the next several days.
When I went to pick up the material, [redacted] brought from
their shipping dock, one large skid (weighing 1642 lbs.)  wrapped with blue plastic packing wrap and
placed it on the bed of my truck.  Then I
was handed the papers to sign.  It was
never mentioned that the entire shipment should be inspected prior to signing
the paper and the outside appearance of the shipment was the blue packing
wrap.  I assumed it was individually
packaged under the wrap.  Therefore I
signed the paper.
Seriously!  In order
for me to inspect the entire shipment, I would have had to unload each piece
off the truck, onto the ground and inspect it with a flashlight as it was already
night time.
Our complaint to USA Vinyl also stated the difference in the
finish – some high gloss, some semi-gloss and some flat.  Throughout the length of the post, there are fine
straight scratches from manufactured production, not from shipping.  There were also shavings on the material,
which caused some scratches. The damaged pieces are a small issue, as they
could be replaced.   However, the real
issue is with the poor quality of the product overall.
I did send all the information they requested.  I wanted all communication to be through
email so it is documented and not misinterpreted.  As I can tell from this most recent response
from them, things are already being twisted.
I would be more than happy to provide all email
correspondence and photos that I have had with them for you to help me resolve
this.
Regards,
[redacted]
