Customer states: In the past he was on it and he went out and took care of it. This time when I called he did not return any calls. I took the initiative myself to contact the warranty company. I set an appointment to have the warranty to come out.

Company states: We went back out there and changed the window for him. This complaint is 10 years old. We went out there to resolve this.

Review: I received a flyer on my door today. On my front door I have a "No Trespassing" and "No Soliciting" sign on my door. The person still left their advertisement on my door above my signs. The flyer does not have the the company name on it.It dose have the "Revdex.com" logo on it's flyer.Desired Settlement: Don't wish to see any more flyers from this company.And have them identify their company more clearly on their advertisement.Learn what "No Trespassing" and "No Soliciting" means.

The above message from the business is not true!

1. I have not received or heard anything from this business, nor do I care to.

2. I don't live in a mobile home park.

3. I attached a copy of the flyer. Where and what is their business name?

I do see the Revdex.com logo on the flyer.

Review: This company replaced all the windows in my home. I now have a warranty issue with one of my windows. I spoke to 2 individuals at the company and so far its been over 60 days with no return calls. I spoke to a gentlemen named [redacted] and he told me that the window manufacturer is out of business, which is untrue. See [redacted].Desired Settlement: Honor the warranty and fix my window.

I just had my windows replaced by Weatherall Windows in NorthHighlands CA. Their whole company was such a pleasure to work with. Starting with their sales guy [redacted] whom was straight forward and never pushy, which is great when deal with an sales associate. He just presented the facts and let me do my own research to prove him right and he was. Weatherall is almost half the price of Homedepot for the like windows. After [redacted] I met [redacted] who is the owners son. [redacted] like [redacted] was very professional. He came to measure the windows and I could tell [redacted] had a lot of experience installing windows just by the way he worked. He took his measurements and in two weeks I had my windows.
When it came to the day of the install [redacted] had brought a crew of four, him, his brother, and two other young gentlemen. And I truly mean gentlemen. I have worked around a lot of construction workers/contractors but Weatherall’s crew was by far top notch. I had a house full of kids and they worked around us and never complained. They weren't loud or rude and just plain respected the fact that there were kids around.
Not only were they respectful but they did a heck of a job installing and finishing the windows. They took their time and were extremely patient even when they came across problems which are inherent to redoing anything in a old house. They just sat back took a moment to evaluate and then they came up with a solution. The Crew was in and out in 6 hours which was amazing. This company is truly a down to earth family business with great pride in their work. I never even write blogs because I am horrible at typing but I wanted to get the word out about this company. I can see now why they have a A+ rating with the Revdex.com. If you are even thinking about windows please give them a call. Its free and you have nothing to lose but so much to gain

Review: First of all this contractor brought out a sample of the window they were going to install but when they installed it was a less quailty of a window and screen. They installed them and I was not happy with the window and they said it was the same window I had ordered. They didnt order the right glass for the window in bath that I had pick out either. I had given them a $3000.00 deposit and still owned them $500.00 After they had finsh I was not happy with the quailty of their work or the fact that they put in cheaper windows and not even the right bathroon glass. I wrote them a letter and told them that I was not giving them any more money and that I was thinking about taking them to small claims court to get the rest of money back to have someone else but in the right windows. I never heard from them again and I just settled for what they had done due to the fact that I have busy life and I also live in Redding Ca and rent some rooms out in this house. Then I found out that the window seal was dry wrought and I call them to get it fixed. They say they have a life time warranty. It had been aapprx 2 years since they installld the windows. They came out and said it was not the install problem and he got very nasty over the phone with me and said I wanted something for nothing and hung up on me. I then got a call from the window company and they came out and said it was not the window it was the way it was installed with 3" screws in the botttom which had opened up a holes for water to get into window seal and the wall under the window. I have tried calling them back several times and not calls back. The window company [redacted] Windows called them and sent them pictures and told them they didnt put them in per their recommandation of install. This one large window was the only window they installed with these 3" screw in bottom of window and the only one that has leaked. I have been unanle to solve this problem and really concerned about their ability to repair walls,window seal,replace windowDesired Settlement: I want the window relaced by some one that knows what they are doing and the damage repaired under window and new window seal. The wall will have to be opened up because there is moisture and damage where the window has leaked into wall and down to the flooring. Not know how far this damage has gone I need someone that knows what they are doing.

This was 3 yrs old to begin with because of one screw in window, sill(not the case) sprinkler system was the cause- you have the letter from the CSLB resolving this.-

I thought this was taken care of my [redacted](my attorney) until I got the letter from [redacted].
