Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] They said they will look at the roof when weather permitsThere is no defined date so this remains quite open endedI got on the roof and cleared the snow from the area of leakIf they want the roof to be dry before inspecting it , I suppose it may be a few months before that happensI'm glad they at least replied and hope they may follow through Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer is being hasty in both their complaint and request for arbitration as we are still trying to resolve the issue and help them get the job completed However, if the problem still persists after a couple of weeks and they would like to pursue arbitration with the Revdex.com we would have no objection

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The contractor has failed to perform and complete my roof as he committed in his contract. I would like to proceed with the arbitration process as you noted as an alternative way to resolve this issue. My home is now in the winter season in Park City and does not have a roof since the contractor has failed to provide qualified and trained personnel to complete the task. Please let me know how we can arbitrate this issue as soon as possible so that we can come to an appropriate resolution on this matter
Sincerely,
*** ***

It is true that we are drastically behind schedule.  The foreman on the crew had an accident helping a friend right before this job started for WeatherGuard.  The customer was made aware of the situation before we started and felt comfortable going forward knowing there would be some...

delays/complications as a result of the accident.  However, neither myself nor the customer expected it to be this long.  We have apologized and done what we can to get the job done but the fall and early winter is the busiest time of year for all roofers.  We have apologized to the customer and continue to apologize and work to complete the job.  There is nothing more we can do.

The weather conditions have made it unsafe to inspect and possibly repair any issues with the roof.  When the roof is safe to be on we will contact the customer to inspect their concern of a possible problem with the roof.
