Review: Windows appear to be de-laminating from within and caulk appears to have shrunk in places.

I have noticed several areas of dots? appearing inside the dual pane area and are spreading (De-lamination?) I have several window frames that appear to be curling away from the exterior of the home on the second floor. It appears as if the caulking/glue was defective as in a couple of cases I can feel air inside the upstairs bedrooms coming from the windows.Desired Settlement: I would like for the windows to be replaced and properly installed before Winter rains.
