As we agreed to repair the appliance which was signed for by client @ there home on 10/03/A partial payment was receivedUpon of arrival of the parts clients was informed we were coming out to install parts the next dayWhen technician arrived they declined to repair appliance as they wanted to purchase new fridgeClient was informed we have to ship parts back to Samsung and there would be a shipping charge and a restocking fee that would be chargedAs it is also listed on there receipt A Refund to client was issued minus diagnostic fee, restocking/return shipping chargesWe did not charge for part as it was incorrect so there was no charge on the 6th part.10/12/16: ACCOUNTING DEPTMONEY TO BE RETURNED BACK TO CLIENTRETURN SHIPPING COST:$28.77DIAGNOSTIC FEE:$79.99MANF RE/STOCK FEE:$43.92RESTOCK FEE: $PARTS @ EACHRETURNED WAS INCORRECT> NO CHARGE

Good Day,We have reviewed your file and discussed with technician that was onsiteAlso we have listen to the conversation on the re-corded line between Mr [redacted] and supervisor on dutyYou state the Supervisor was rudeBut, clearly your husband engaged in cursing & disrespecting the supervisor then hanging up while conversation with the supervisor while he was explaining what we could doClearly your husband decided not to listenNo matter the situation we verified your document and shows you did not receive the documentsWe will be fair and honor a refund of the restocking fee and return shippingBe aware next time you decided to buy a Samsung or LG products there parts do come from different parts of the United States and even overseasWe will be Refunding a total of $$to your CCThank You

APPLIANCE warrants, to the extent stated herein, appliance service or repair furnished by it. The stated period of warrantycommences upon installation, service or repair of the appliance. 1 year warranty on all parts and labor unless a service cleaning is done at the time of service. If a cleaning or adjustment was done its carries a 30day warranty.Purchaser understands that MR. APPLIANCE'S liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of purchaser'smoney, and does not extend to property damage resulting from overload or misuse of the appliance which fails during the agreedupon warranty period.Clients that declines service after parts have been ordered. Clearly your husband decided not to listen. No matter the situation we verified your document and shows you did not receive the documents. We will be fair and honor a refund of the restocking fee and return shipping. Be aware next time you decided to buy a Samsung or LG products there parts do come from different parts of the United States and even overseas. We will be Refunding a total of $$75.00 to your CC. Thank You

I am rejecting this response because:  The Terms and Conditions were not disclosed on the invoice that we signed.  Please see the attached 3 page Invoice.  What Mr. Appliance has failed to mention is that we declined to repair the refrigerator because we were dissatisfied that Mr. Appliance had delivered us the wrong parts (i.e. more than one as indicated in section titled Diagnosis/Work Performed) and resulting in further delays of a working refrigerator. We were only told that we would be responsible for the diagnostic fee, which we agreed to.  Most importantly, we were not provided with the Terms and Conditions when we signed the invoice as shown in the attached document.  It wasn't until I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com that Mr. Appliance emailed me their Terms and Conditions on November 8th.
