On August 24, 2015, we received a no cooling call and scheduled an appointment for August 27(inv*** ***)The blower was dirty, we cleaned it and the customer paid the bill totaling $with check *** to our service tech *** On September 3, 2015, we received a no cooling callThe same
tech went back and found the terminals blown on the compressor unitThe unit was years old and a new unit was was priced at $on invoice #*** and the bill was $We would have voided the bill if he had purchased a new unit, which is practiceThe next day I was told the customer wanted the unit replaced, so I ordered a new unitWhen it showed up, I called to schedule installationHe told me he didn't order so I told him not to worry about it and we sent him a bill just for the service call, not the $as we didn't replace the unitThe service call is due and I apologize for the confusionI will deduct any finance charge if the full amount is paid this month

please be advised. if the service technician said no charge then we will not charge. His comment was not relayed to office nor on his invioce, that is why it was billed. Please ignore invoice, I informed office to void bill. consider it a no charge and they owe no money.[redacted]
