We discussed in advance the possibility that the unit might need to be replaced due to its age. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough in her explanation. But then the technician was able to repair it instead of replacement. By not attempting to sell me a new unit at this time, I felt Weathershield proved they are very trustworthy and professional. I will definitely call them when I need to replace the unit in the future.
