Hello we were referred to Weathervane Heating via *** *** *** *** warrantyIt was determined that we needed a new heat exchangerThat was November Weathervane cannot do the repair until MAYBE December 9thMy husband is disabled and my y/o mother lives with usI have pleaded with them that it's so cold and a detriment to the health of my familyDespite space heaters that are dangerous and costly to run they are not willing to expedite our service claim*** has offered us a buyout of 200$ but that won't come close to helping since my husband is not working due to a recent traumatic brain injury from being rear ended by a driver at 60mph who was textingI have also pleaded with the warranty company to no availPlease help in any wayThe outside temperature is under freezing and I'm in tears trying to get help
