Amazing service with Weatherwise LLC! Greg was prompt and on it! A dog lover to boot! He was assigned to us via our American Home Shield (home warranty provider). The problem with our "Coleman" furnace was resolved quickly and he had the part to fix it on his truck. Very impressed, first time using our home warranty where the technician actually had the part with them. I would use them even with our warranty program. Thanks, Weatherwise and Happy Thanksgiving. the next morning with no answer and no response. I advised the homeowner on the phone message to call me back, so that we could make sure somebody was home to dispatch to her residence. We have not received any return phone calls. I will gladly refund the $85 she paid for her home warranty's copay.

The blower motor in the furnace has been replaced and is fixed and the furnace works. We returned and completed a CO test for the customer as well. The AC was topped off with a lb. of refrigerant at no additional charge. The customer's home warranty does not  pay for the total cost of the...

refrigerant. We were not paid for any of our time for attempting to diagnose the air conditioner. The refrigerant was added as a courtesy for no charge in an attempt to increase system operating pressures.  We called the home warranty company and suggested a low pressure freeze control kit or to send a second opinion to the customer's home for the AC. We have no control over actions taken by the customer's home warranty company. The $125 paid was the customer's home warranty copay which was allocated to the furnace blower motor replacement. We cannot make the home warranty company return her copay. The customer will need to contact them in that regard. We have not received any money for repairing anything on the Air Conditioner. The customer's contractual agreement is with her home warranty company. That is why we suggest she contact them. As stated previously, we suggested to the customer's home warranty company to send another service company for additional diagnostics on the air conditioner. The customer's home warranty company does not authorize us to do whatever we want at any cost. If the customer is experiencing problems with the blower motor that was installed, then we will return to address that issue. That is the only issue we have received any money for as a repair.
