Weave and More Salon

Review: In Mid August I went to Weave and More and had a weave put into my hair by the Stylist named Poo. When I went to remove the weave weeks later, I discovered that the weave was glued to my hair which caused me to have to cut out some of the hair. I contacted the owner and was told that she would not pay to purchase more hair but would redo at no expense. The hair cost me $160.00 and the stylist charged me $160.00. When I first contacted the shop, I was told the cost would be $100.00. When I got there I was told it would be $15.00 to remove. End the end I paid $160.00 I have pictures of the damaged hair and I am filing with the [redacted] as well.Desired Settlement: I want back the 160.00 that I paid for the hair due to I had to rebuy new hair as well as the $160.00 that was charged.

The client was referred to to us by her co-worker. She called and stated her was having some issues with her hair and scheduled a consultation. [redacted] came in talked and schedule a appointment to have a weave sewed into her hair.(braiding the hair and sewing the hair to the braid). She talked about how her boyfriend and co-workers loved her hair. Also [redacted] put pictures of herself on facebook. After 3 weeks [redacted] text the stylist after hours on her mobile phone at a inappropriate hour (12 midnight) she stated the weave felt loose" and this is normal as the hair grows the braid becomes a little loose.She wanted it tight as it was when she first got it done. So the stylist agreed to try to tighten it back as best as she could., [redacted] left satisfied. Two more weeks pass [redacted] text the stylist again after 11:00pm and stated she wanted to get her hair shampoo and got a deep conditioner she got the service.She said she would call for another appointment she never did. She text the stylist days later and because the stylist didn't respond in a timely manner she got angry and said she wanted her money back. The stylist then inform [redacted] that she was out because her hurt her foot and was asleep because of pain meds. [redacted] was still angry and started asking for money back. She was texting and harress the stylist.( we have all her text) I told the stylist to tell her to call me. I the owner called her because she never called me left several messages before she called me back. She stated that someone took the hair out for her and all her hair came out on top. I asked her did a professional take it out she said no. I told her because she did not come to me for me to see her hair or correct any problem and the person that took the hair out was not a professional and they could have been the one that damaged her hair when they took it out the best I could do was to resew her hair for free but she would have to pay for the style which was $20 she wanted me to pay for more hair to go in her head and I said no. She said she would think about it. We then talk to her co-worker and found out she never did take the hair out after she told me she did. Then we received a letter from Revdex.com.
