Weaver glass installed a window for [redacted] She later contacted us stating that the crank hit her sink faucet, I have communicated with [redacted] and replaced the handle with a thumb turn handle, the handle did not hold up well, at that point I told her I would talk to the manufacturer about a replacement thumb turnThe manufacturer does not offer this as an option however they gave me a manufacturer that makes a thumb turn that will workI have ordered the part and am waiting for it to come in.Weaver glass has bought parts and sent men to deal with this situation on more than one occasion and have kept her abreast of the situation and progress, I find it very upsetting that she can have an adverse affect on our Revdex.com rating while we are working hard to resolve her complaintFeel free to contact me if you have any questions.Thank you, [redacted] General ManagerWeaver Glass, LLC*** [redacted] *** [redacted]
