Weaver Mulch

Review: I spent $2320 for 80 cubic yards of mulch to have good soil in which to plant grass. I described why I needed the topsoil when I called to order it.While the soil looked fairly good when it was delivered, over time, we have discovered that it has a horrible weed which grows quickly - some has gotten as tall as 3 feet before I pulled it. It looks like a mini corn-stalk. There are many hundreds of these weeds. In order to make sure the weed doesn't spread by mowing it, we have spent days pulling the weed out with the root. I can provide photos of it growing in the topsoil in which grass hasn't yet been planted. The weed is not growing anywhere else in the yard.This product is not fit for what it was intended. It is extremely depressing to have to deal with the weeds after all the work done to spread this soil. Therefore, I believe that I should receive most of my money back. They would have to strip my entire yard to take back the soil.When I called them about it, all they said was that they delivered topsoil.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the money spent on the product - $2000 returned. The remaining money I spent was for delivery and tax. A check or credit to my [redacted] account would be fine.
