I had also purchased a fall maintenance at the time but have never received that eitherI have records of phone call, after phone call that I have made to [redacted] I would also like to add that at the time [redacted] was taking my money from me he was losing his house to foreclosure!! Thank you for your time

I have contacted them many times and they have refilled the freon many times I realize the unit is bigger and that freon is more expensive I had my furnace replaced however, I contacted another company for this as I did not have faith in Weaver At the time of this installation this company looked at everything Weaver did and cleaned up the unit Both units are close together in a closet In order for Weaver to make a correction they will have to cut thru the furnace to install the cold air return and this would void my warranty for the furnace I have contacted the warranty company, [redacted] , who refused to come look at the unit They told me to contact someone in my area Since they are refusing to come look at the unit I am unable to get them to approve this repair and still keep the warranty intact I even paid $to Weave for a fall cleaning and never received it

We have contacted her several times and she called back onceWe asked that she make an appointment, during business hours, for us to come out and she has never contacted us backWe told her what was wrong with it and told her she would continue to have problems unless she replaced the cold
air returnShe never had that fixed and I even offered to fix it at my costShe declined my offerIt is my understanding that a different company told her she needed a new furnaceI am still willing to take care of it but she has to have the cold air replaced or upgraded

My response to your letter dated January 25,2016, I am not in an agreement to what *** *** has stated to youIt was his employee *** that called me to discuss the cold air return not ***, only after he had heard that I had reported him to the Revdex.comI asked to speak to ***, the owner of the company, and also the person I made the agreement with in the beginning*** was not even working for *** at the time him and I made this agreement*** said that *** could not call me, that he was in class*** and I discussed what he thought I needed to get done to correct the issue at handThe a/c was freezing up and so it would not cool the house down after a few hoursI was also told by *** that I would have to pay for the materialsI told *** that I was not going to just let them come in and cut a hole in my hallway without asking around about it firstEspecially after they had already come in and told me they knew what the problem was and would fix it once and for all*** *** even signed another paper that me and my daughter had written up saying that if they did not fix it this one last time of replacing the line from inside connecting to the a/c to the outside unit that he would return all my money within a week periodThis did not fix the problem and this is when *** *** started avoiding and not returning my callsI talked to several people and asked their opinion about a cold air return and had a couple of different answersThey told me as much as they possibly could without having to come out and check the unit, otherwise it would of cost me around for someone to come and check itAnother problem at the time was that it was starting to cool down outside and they said that it should be at least 70-degrees before you can check out the a/c properlyI had also asked *** why I was having issues with air flow that I never had with my old unit*** said it was not the same unit that was taken outMy agreement to *** *** was to put the same one in that was taken out so all would be the sameI did have to get another company to install a new furnaceWe were hoping this would help with the airlow but have not been able to check the a/c since the weather has changedThe problem with waiting is that my labor warranty will expire in mid April

I am rejecting this response because: He finally came out to my home on 4/15/2016. He informed me that I needed a new compressor and that he would return on 4/18/to fix. He has not returned to fix the air conditioning unit nor has he responded to any of my calls. I have called daily in the mornings and some evenings
