There was a miscommunication between the two managers, the offer that we donated to the school, was printed incorrectly by the school.
The manager that did not honor the gift certificate was under the impression that it was printed correctly, however that was the miscommunication
The customer was contacted and offered a full refund and or a full credit to any service we have including a birthday party
It is resolved - and he was appreciative, I'm sure you can contact him and confirm
