The customer called today, February 3, 2016, and we agreed that I will call next week to schedule a visit.

I am rejecting this response because: He finally came out to my home on 4/15/2016.  He informed me that I needed a new compressor and that he would return on 4/18/2016 to fix.  He has not returned to fix the air conditioning unit nor has he responded to any of my calls.  I have called daily in the mornings and some evenings.

We have contacted her several times and she called back once. We asked that she make an appointment, during normal business hours, for us to come out and she has never contacted us back. We told her what was wrong with it and told her she would continue to have problems unless she replaced the cold...

air return. She never had that fixed and I even offered to fix it at my cost. She declined my offer. It is my understanding that a different company told her she needed a new furnace. I am still willing to take care of it but she has to have the cold air replaced or upgraded.

I have contacted them many times and they have refilled the freon many times.  I realize the unit is bigger and that freon is more expensive.  I had my furnace replaced however, I contacted another company for this as I did not have faith in Weaver.  At the time of this installation this company looked at everything Weaver did and cleaned up the unit.  Both units are close together in a closet.  In order for Weaver to make a correction they will have to cut thru the furnace to install the cold air return and this would void my warranty for the furnace.  I have contacted the warranty company, [redacted], who refused to come look at the unit.  They told me to contact someone in my area.  Since they are refusing to come look at the unit I am unable to get them to approve this repair and still keep the warranty intact.  I even paid $180 to Weave for a fall cleaning and never received it.

I had also purchased a fall maintenance at the time but have never received that either. I have records of phone call, after phone call that I have made to [redacted]. I would also like to add that at the time [redacted] was taking my money from me he was losing his house to foreclosure!! Thank you for your time.
