*** bought a estate swing gate opener on May 23, for a custom gate that we ordered from WebDirectBrands for a customerWe received the gate opener shortly after placing order but had to wait for gate to be made which took several monthsWhen we finally got the gate we installed the gate opener and it has not worked from the first day of installing itWe had technicians from this company talking to our electrician many times while trying to get the gate opener to workWe were sent several circuit boards to replace in the gate openerWe purchased batteries as the company told us to purchaseWe did everything that this company told us to do to get this gate opener to work and it still does not workWe called the company to tell them we want a refund because this gate opener has never worked and Louise told me that since we purchased it in May that it was a day return policy and they will not refund our moneyThis company is a RIP OFFThey let you buy the custom gate which they know will take several month to build and gate opener at same timeKnowing full well that they only have a day return policyWARNING DO NOT BUY GATE OPENERS FROM THIS COMPANYTHEY WILL NOT BACK UP THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The student denies scheduling a drive lesson for October 1stHowever, another adult, several other students, as well as myself, were present when she indeed scheduled the October 1st appointmentI have confirmed this with the other adult and another student who was scheduled for that day as well
During a phone conversation, the parent (mother) stated "I am not paying another dime" when she was informed of the rescheduling fees owed for September and October 1st
Under the terms of the written agreement, I am not obligated to give a refundHowever, I informed the parent (mother) I was going to mail a refund and subtract ONLY $for the (1) drive lesson the student actually did
I DID NOT deduct $for the cancelled appointment, or the appointment missed in which she denies making
On November 1g, I mailed a refund check for $
I would appreciate a response from the Revdex.com as to the resolution of this complaint

I ordered a driveway gate from Web Direct GateCrafters out of FL. The Customer Service was great until they received my payment. Afterwards, I could not get anyone on the phone, they would not give me a completion date, delivery date, no information. I finally got a so called "manager" on the phone and he was no help at all. The only information I could get was the gate was in manufacturing. I ordered it in July 2015 and finally got an email it shipped on December 29, 2015. Guess what....it shipped to the wrong state!!! After calling several times, I finally got customer service and they said it was my responsibility to correct the shipment, even though I paid Web Direct GateCrafters $200 for shipping and they arranged shipment. This was a joke! I DO NOT recommend Web Direct Gate Crafters and will never order anything from them again.

This company has very poor customer service. They do not return phone calls or send email responses in a timely fashion, if at all. They are VERY slow to ship product, or even communicate the reason for the delay.

Purchased a gate opener from them and have had nothing but trouble from the start. Customer service responds but only to keep asking you to try different solutions which do not work. Finally, tried to send back as we thought it had a five year warranty. Put request in before warranty five year date - but was told that it expired at the beginning of the month in which it was purchased - not five years from actual purchase date. Ended up a waste of money and time.

I ordered three of the pre-fab 3-Rail farm gates frames from gatecrafters.com (a Web Direct Brands company/site) on Nov 10, 2015. When checking out, I selected FedEx ground knowing that I live in FL and it would take only a day or two to arrive. No where during the order process was I informed that there is any construction lead time or that they were back ordered. I took vacation days from work for Nov 19 and 20 (9 days after I ordered the gates) so that I could build them. As of Nov 18, they still have not shipped. David R. leads the "gate department" and was completely useless in expediting the delivery and would not make any commitment that I would have them by tomorrow. Worse, he came across flippant and uninterested in solving this problem.
I just tried to get a shipping update via online chat with them, and their "order system is down".
So, if you are ordering from this company be prepared for long and undefined lead times.

Ultimately, this is the owners' fault for not investing in (1) a fulfillment system on their website that ties to warehouse supplies and/or shippable product inventories, and (2) training their people that contact customers how to solve problems.

Nasty attitude. I tried to look up the terms of my purchase on a website noted on my invoice (received after the fact) and found it was not available. I called the company to get help with a defective product. The woman who answered the phone had no interest in the problem and constantly interrupted everything I tried to say. When I asked her very nicely to stop interrupting me and let me finish my (very brief) statement of my problem she told me I was being "disrespectful." The gate opener wand they sold me did not work out of the box, and the manufacturer would not return my calls. Poor service, bad attitude.
