I actually was a client of this company for many years--also bringing business into his company He built no fewer than five websites for me
While he talks a good game, he nickels and dimes his clientsnot delivering on the services you pay for, and then trying to charge when you ask his company to correct errors that THEY have made and website protections that they should have prevented
And then when you want to adapt an existing website, he tries to charge the initial consultation and scharges as if you are building a new website with them
Rather than discussing these types of issues as an adult, the owner instead cuts off all communication--refusing to answer phone calls or e-mails Seems like he is just pouting
Finally, when he realizes he is going to lose your business, he cuts off embedded services (like the referral forms that are on your website to generate new business for you) without telling youthereby losing you business
There is NOTHING "international" about Web International Their "offices" are an unprofessional "hole in the wall" north of downtown Little Rock Their "workspace" for clients is a "kitchen table" in the middle of this small office suite in a building that is more of a house than an office
Once again, they are dozens of better quality, honest, professional website companies in Little Rock and Arkansas Don't be deceived by all of the past clients Web International says they have had If they had them, it does not appear that they hold onto them for very long
