Review: Placed an order on [redacted] for two similar items in error, cancelled the order (or so I taught, have a receipt for same) and then ordered one of these items. Two were delivered, contacted [redacted] and they contacted 2nd party supplier for return authorization - then received a notice item not being accepted for return. I am stuck with an item I do not want. all requests were done within a day of delivery.

I wish to return this item and get back my money. Order ID: [redacted] on [redacted]Desired Settlement: To return item (untouched in package) and get a refund.

Review: last year I bought from them a phone that was defective. After we eschenge a few emails they ask me to sent the phone back and they will send me another good back. I sent the phone back to them in last November. After one month I sent them a email to see when I will get my phone back. The answer was " let me check" After another few weeks I sent another email and the same answer. At my third email they did not even answer. I bought the phone from them through [redacted] and I made a complain to the [redacted]. The [redacted] contacted too but stillno answer from them and still no phone.Desired Settlement: I would like just to get the phone back

Review: I ordered two items on November ** and canceled one item expecting a refund for the canceled item called today [redacted] and they said I was not charged for both items but I was.they never refunded my money I have spent alot of money on [redacted] just want to be refunded for my canceled item.Desired Settlement: refund for me and anyone else that might have the same problem
