Dear [redacted], Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our service did not meet your expectations. We have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issue. According to your letter ID: [redacted] “On December 9, 2015 we received a...

call that we had advertising on the first page of their website. I said we never have had a website, and we don’t need one because we are a small, nonprofit daycare and we are always maximum capacity for children. The lady on the phone said the bill was for $599.00. It was from 2014-2015. She said the 1st 3 months were free. I told her we have never received a bill. She said the only thing she could do was to take us off the listing and we would have to call customer service. She transferred me to another lady that needed to verify some information, name, date, position, address. Every time I would not answer what they wanted to hear they would transfer me back to the first lady again. This happened at least 3 times. The first lady said to me, “ I don’t know why they keep transferring you back to me” on Jan12, 2016, the company called again saying we have advertising on the first page of the website and we owe them $599.00 We told her the same thing that we have never had a website and never will have a website. We told them that we thought this was a scam and we still had not received a ‘bill’ from them. We have never received, nor have we asked for this company’s services. On Feb. 9, 2016, we received a bill for $599. This is a scam. We never agreed to these services and are very angry.” You also present the following information: Purchase date: 12/09/2015 Problem Occurred: 12/9/2015 Order Number: Talked to Company: 12/09/2015 Talked to Company: 01/12/2016 Talked to Company: Desired Settlement: “We wish that this company takes our number off their calling list and cancel the bill for $599.00 that they sent us an invoice for.” Purchase date: 12/09/2015 We send invoice Talked to Client: 1/12/2016 Our accounts receivable department spoke with [redacted] who claimed that sales representative kept transferring the call back and forth until she accepted it Mr. [redacted] also came on the phone and said we were a scam and they didn't need advertising. Our accounts receivable department was able to explain what we do and was ready to present the recording with [redacted] authorizing the service. There was no communication after that until this letter. 03/23/2015 Our accounts receivable department emailed a zero balance statement to [redacted] to complete and finalize the previous agreement. We understand that having many companies calling your business for the same purpose (advertising or search engines optimization) must be very upsetting and confusing for you. We will make sure that our sales department does not contact you back in the future. Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you. Again, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. Thank you,
