Re: Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] First,let's review the facts:The person filing the complaint is not our customer.The name of our company is Web Steel Buildings Northwest, LLC,not Web Steel Buildings as reported on the complaint.Customer signed our purchase order for a building on 12/28/15,not 4/29/as reported by the complainant.Customer signed the fabrication authorization 4/25/16.Building cost was $12,with a freight charge of $1,,for a totalof $13,629,not $16,as claimed by complainant.Web Steel Buildings Northwest (WSBNW),LLC, arranged for a shared load on the delivery truck for a $reduction.That entire sum was credited to the customerWSBNW made $on the delivery.The building was loaded at our facility on 7/6/and was delivered to the customer's site inManteca, CA,on 7/8/16.Now, to address the complainant''s statement of the problem:I assume the missing parts referenced were the polycarbonate panels which were indeed missing in the delivered building packageWe informed the customer on August 3ro that the panels would be shipped and he requested they be shipped after August lltnThey were.On Monday,August 29tn, the customer called to tell us the purliin clips did not line up correctly from the hybrid frames to the endwall frames.We asked him to send us pictures and he didWe reviewed the plans and the fabrication (shop) drawings and determined there were indeed detailing errors on the drawings for the building.Since the terms and conditions of our sales agreement require that we correct defects,we asked our customer if he knew a welder in the Manteca area.He did give us contact information for a welder and we contacted them to arrange to fix the problemThe fix consistsof removing the incorrect spaced clips and weld new clips in the correct locationsWednesday, August31st, we shipped enough purlin clips to replace the incorrectly spaced clips to the customerThat sameday our customer told us the welding company had in fact contacted him and planned to visit thebuilding site the following day to determine the corrective action and give us an estimate for the work.Our understanding is that the welding company has arranged to be at the job site Thursday, September15th, to correct the problem Referenced earlier in this response to the complaint are the Terms and Conditions of our salesagreementParagraph 9, Web Steel Buildings Northwest Warranty, is very specific as to ourresponsibility in the event of manufacturing defectsIt reads, in part, "The Purchaser's sole and exclusiveremedy for such defective material or workmanship is limited to such repair or replacement."We will honor our commitment and responsibility to that end A copy of those Terms and Conditions is available for the Revdex.com if requested We truly regret the inconvenience to our client, particularly since he is a repeat customer havingpurchased a first building from us in Sincerely,Rob B***Web Steel Buildings Northwest, LLC

Referenced earlier in this response to the complaint are the Terms and Conditions of our salesagreement. Paragraph 9, Web Steel Buildings Northwest Warranty, is very specific as to ourresponsibility in the event of manufacturing defects. It reads, in part, "The Purchaser's sole and exclusiveremedy for such defective material or workmanship is limited to such repair or replacement."We will honor our commitment and responsibility to that end.

We truly regret the inconvenience to our client, particularly since he is a repeat customer havingpurchased a first building from us in 2001.
