I am submitting this complaint due to an experience I just had with Web2Carz.com today, 11-03-I was browsing the net for some auto loan companies and came across their websiteI then filled out the application with all the necessary information, however never received any sort of confirmationI then contacted the company's customer serive number, 18886032227, on several occasionsI select the customer service option - #4, every time I called and reach the same womanShe then started asking me questions as to whether or not I own a homeAnd when I ask her if it is Web2Carz.com, she then hangs upEvery timeI called one last time and requested that my personal information be taken off their database, but she neither confirms nor denied that it will be doneI have a feeling that the company's website is simply a front to collect individual's personal information for their own goodsI would like to have this company looked into and that something be done to cease their misle
I keep receiving emails from this business after unsubscribing from their list three timesI even sent them an email requesting to be removed and that if I got another, I'd be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, which is why I'm here now
I called Mr*** *** and address his concernsI explained that our phone system is not working properly and his calls were routed to a different company (*** *** ***). We are addressing this issue with our phone vendorI did a system search for Mr*** ***
