reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

I wanted a sunroof in it so I paid POP TOPS (###-###-####) for the sunroof and to install. They ordered the sunroof and installed it. I took the truck back to them in 2010 and 2011 because in was leaking. They said they replaced the sunroof. Since then, I heard air periodically until 01/13/16. The truck usually sits in the garage. On 1/13/16, I was driving it and the sunroof glass just shattered for no reason. No other cars were infront, beside or behind me. On their website of the sunroof company, there is a recall. Telephone number is ###-###-####. I am not sure if the sunroof was replaced or not in 2011 because I was not given or seen any paperwork. When I went to retrieve the truck, they were closed and my truck was parked outside. As far as I know, this could be the 1st sunroof that was originally installed.

We have already spoken to this customer. Broken or shattered glass is not covered as warranty. This is clearly stated in the Owners manual.
