[redacted] provided proof that she mailed her payments to the lockbox not directly to Webb & BrookerThe lockbox processes these payments as they are received [redacted] mailed her payment in a different envelope than the one provided with the monthly statement for July Based on the copy of the envelope provided by [redacted] ***, the post mark date was July ***, and the returned by post office date was August **, This payment was never delivered to the lockbox by the post officePrior to July 2017, [redacted] ***'s payments have been received timely apart from her July payment, which was not receivedWebb & Brooker has not received any other complaints about shareholders checks being returned by the post office recentlyThere was an issue towards the end of last year but that was an issue where someone stole the mail out of the post box in the neighborhood.We have recommended to [redacted] that she contact the post office as this appears to be an isolated matter within the Post Office
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.However, for the record I do not receive my statements in the mail, In December I signed up to pay my maintenance payments online, which I did and I was charged a llate fee even though I authorized the pyment on December ***, Webb and Brooker claimed that they received the payment on December ** I decided to mail my payments instead of using the online service.I woud appreciate it if Webb and Brooker would send me envelopes to mail in my payments I preferr to pick up statements on line because it is faster than waiting for Webb and Brooker to mail the statementsI would also like a refund of all late charges for Sincerely, [redacted] ***
