Webb Brothers Trash Removal Service

This company stole my perfectly good Ames wheel barrow that I had some yard trash in and they claimed they thought it was trash. They NEVER brought it back. I have put other beat up containers of trash there but they took the trash and not the beaten up containers because of the benefit they found in that trash. They take out of the trash the thing that they know will benefit them and leave customers with nothing but TRASH.
They do not return calls unless you pretend you are looking to sign up for their service. This is because this is the kind of call that they hope will bring them more money. They are NOT concerned about their existing customers it is all about what will benefit them.
I put a few bags of trash out there and they refused to pick it up because they did NOT see any benefit in it.
If I could give a zero or less rating I will give -100 rating.

Review: We terminated service with this company at the end of June effective that same month. Our last pick up service was 30 June 2014. The company picked up their trash receptacles from our house that afternoon. I had already paid our bill for June through August, they bill customers quarterly. When I called to cancel, the lady who answers the phone, it is always the same lady, told me I would be receiving a $34 refund for the 2 months of service we had to pay in advance and wouldn't be using. By mid-August, I had not received the funds due to me so I called and again spoke with the same lady. She said she needed to look into it and took my account details and phone number and said she would call me back. A week later I had still not heard back from her so I called again. She said she had spoken to the owner and he said he had not processed any refunds and would do so at the end of August and that I would have my check shortly thereafter. On September 10th, I called again to let her know I still had not received my refund. She looked at my account and said I was definitely due $34 and wasn't sure why I had not received it. She again took my number and said she would talk to the owner and call me back. She still has not. I have been calling for 2 days at random times of day and she never answers the phone. I just get the answering machine. I feel as if they are screening my calls to not talk to me and that I will never get the funds due to me. This is a HORRIBLE way to treat customers. We always paid on time, lived up to our end of the deal, and now when they owe us money, they will not respond to my calls, return my calls, or pay me the funds! I just want our money back and not have to deal with them again and I certainly want to warn other people that this is how Webb Brothers operates.Desired Settlement: They owe us $34.00 for services that we did not use and I feel like they should have to pay interest on that since they kept our funds for use and we didn't have them to use for our own needs. The lady who answers their phones said we were definitely owed funds.
