This company is a scam - promises everything and when down to the wire does not complete. We even went to the closing table with their documents to sign and was never funded. Please don't believe anything this person tells you - he sounds so honest and sincere but he's just leading you on so that he can do the "bait and switch". We lost a lot of money on his promises.
