As a married couple we were both suffering from general hearing loss (or selective hearing loss as my spouse would suggest) and we decided to look into hearing aids as a solution We went to Webb Hearing Center and met with Larry W [redacted] and Kristina K [redacted] and after being thoroughly tested to identify the degree of hearing loss we were offered several hearing aid options Each option had it's plusses and minuses and the final decision was left up to us We did select the Resound model which was near the high end of options (if you have difficulty hearing at meetings of any size like I do, you need to check out the "Live Listen" feature on the Resound hearing aids, it's fantastic) It's been just about two years since we were initially fitted with our hearing aids and we could not be more delighted with the results and the consistent quarterly email reminders for follow up on routine service of the hearing aids or in my case periodic retesting to monitor my further hearing loss In addition to being extremely satisfied with the hearing aids we selected, we have found working with Kayla, Kristina and Larry has been satisfying; they are not just professional but also very warm and friendly and have gone out of their way to accommodate our personal schedule for follow up appointments We have recommended our local Webb Hearing Center to several friends who are considering the hearing aid option because we are certain they will just as satisfied as we have been with Webb Hearing Center and the Resound hearing aids
As a refugee from a bad experience with [redacted], and as someone who has used hearing aids for many years and yet still got stung by this company, Larry at Webb Hearing Center was wonderful in helping me find a solution. I wanted specific hearing aids, the Resound Lynx, and had been working directly with a Resound professional to resolve the incompetence at [redacted].

And it was Resound who recommended Webb. Larry was not only willing to work with me in any way he could, including properly fitting the aids from [redacted] (which had other problems) but when I decided to return them and get completely away from that company, he matched the "discount" price that had cost me so dearly in other ways.
I am at a loss as far as the negative review as the support and expertise I have received from Larry and Kristina are unmatched. Kristina's skills at fitting for my challenging hearing loss are first rate, and everyone there is extremely supportive and friendly. In my opinion you will not find better.

I went to the webb hearing center in prescott and have had a very bad experience
The hearing do not work like the demo unit they try on on you. when you go back for checkup larry w[redacted] is not there I have wasted over $6000 for a worthless hearing aids with no customer support. Do not ever go to these 4 offices They will rip you off
