[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: No where in it is any resolutionPretty much what they said is true, They offered to send a tech out to fix it but they could not have it done by the time I had to leave for vacation, So that did nothing for the situation, they did send the spoke guards which I received after I returned from vacation and I already had installed one and the tire company in StMartin installed the other, so no benefit there eitherWhen I talked to Rick C [redacted] we decided to write off my Copay to off set my loss which he did then they sent me another copay for the $which I thought all the copays were written off at that time No matter what they write off I will NEVER be made whole How much is a day lost sitting in your room on a cruise ship waiting to get to the next port to get parts for my chair because somebody forgot to put a piece in worth? I am very thankful that the next port was only the next morning I have more money in parts and cab fares then the $they wrote offI can't believe this has gone as far as it has, I believe I am being MORE than fairBottom line is, I did not expect for them to make me "whole" again but I think writing off the balance of the copay is a nice gesture for the loss they caused me The $is unacceptable and it does not even cover the money I have laid out for their mistakeIf they do not come up with a offer and lift the collection, I will have no choice but to take this to court and get compensated for the day I sat in my room Regards, [redacted]

Dear [redacted]:According to our records, the service involving this complaint occurred on 05/05/2014.  On 05/06/2014, [redacted] contacted our office and spoke with Mandy M[redacted] and advised her that the tube protection bands (spoke guards) were...

omitted from the repair on 05/05/2014. Mandy offered to send a tech to the correct the problem but was told by [redacted] "No, I already fixed it and I'm getting ready to go on vacation." Mandy said she would mail the item.We acknowledge the error was made and attempted to correct the error. Rick C[redacted], the General Manager instructed our billing department to write- off the coinsurance for the items related to the repair of the tires. 88.93 was the amount that was written off.
In addition to the repair of the wheelchair, a replacement general use back cushion was provided. The amount being disputed is 51.23. That amount represents the co-insurance owed for the cushion.
During the course of the year, [redacted] spoke with several of our employees concerning the balance and was told that he is responsible for the 51.23.
In March of 2015, [redacted]'s account was turned over to our Collection Agency and incurred additional fees.
I spoke with [redacted] on April 24th and tried to explain the company's positionThank you for your time and consideration.Respectfully,
